ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Lokaal India to lead creator relationships, campaign execution, influencer onboarding, and brand alignment across regional digital campaigns. You will work closely with top regional talent and major brand partners to execute high-impact creator campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end creator outreach, negotiation, and onboarding for brand campaigns.
- Coordinate deliverable tracking, timeline adherence, and ROI reporting for brand partners.
- Build long-term relationships with top regional creators and talent networks.
- Analyze campaign metrics and optimize creator selection for maximum engagement.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or agency campaign ops.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and regional digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multi-creator campaign timelines simultaneously.
PREFERRED SKILLS & PLUSES
- Established network of creator contacts in Rajasthan / North India.
- Data-driven approach to campaign performance analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM and Google Workspace tools.
