ROLE OVERVIEW

Create viral content, manage social channels, and build engaging community narratives across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Lokaal India and partner brands. You will turn raw cultural moments into viral branded storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan content calendar, reels strategy, graphics, and video scripts.
• Monitor viral trends, meme formats, and creator culture to create real-time content.
• Engage with online community and manage brand messaging across social handles.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track track record of managing active social handles with portfolio examples.
• Hands-on experience with video editing (CapCut/Premiere) and graphic design (Canva/Figma).
• Strong copywriting skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS & PLUSES

• Growth hacks for reel reach and audience retention.
• Experience with short-form narrative scripts.
